QuickQore is the bookkeeping platform we wished existed when we were running books for hundreds of small businesses. Founded in 2023 by Mohan Patel — a working bookkeeper, accountant, and multi-unit Pizza restaurant franchise — QuickQore brings together the speed of desktop accounting with the freedom of the cloud, at a price small business owners can actually afford.
Founder accounting experience
Designed for owners with multiple businesses
One dashboard across every store or branch
Security & data safeguards built-in
QuickQore is cloud-native bookkeeping software for small and medium businesses, founded in 2023 by Mohan Patel after running a multi-client bookkeeping practice for over 18 years. It was built to replace the patchwork of expensive desktop accounting tools small business owners are forced to license, host, and learn separately. QuickQore looks and feels like the desktop accounting software your bookkeeper grew up on, but runs entirely in the browser — from any device, anywhere — with multi-entity and multi-location built in from day one. Pricing starts at $5 per month, because affordable software for small business owners isn’t a marketing line for us — it’s the reason we exist.
We don’t talk about ourselves — we let our customers tell you why they chose QuickQore.
“We were paying for hosted desktop software, an extra license per user, and a separate cloud sync tool. QuickQore replaced all three. My monthly accounting bill dropped overnight.”
“It looks and clicks like the desktop tool I’ve used for fifteen years — but I can sign in from home, the office, or a job site. That alone is worth the switch.”
“Mohan’s team understands what a real small business actually needs. They built features I asked for — not features I had to work around.”

“Every small business client we took on came with a different accounting tool. Different logins. Different costs. Different training. We were drowning in software — and our clients were paying for all of it. I knew there had to be a better way.”
— Mohan Patel, Founder & CEO
QuickQore began long before the first line of code was written. For nearly two decades, our founder Mohan Patel ran a hands-on bookkeeping and accounting practice for small businesses across Pennsylvania and the surrounding states — restaurants, retailers, service shops, and his own multi-unit Pizza restaurant franchise. Every client was a real person with real margins. And every client came with their own accounting software.
One client used a popular desktop accounting product. Another used a different one because their CPA preferred it. A third had been migrated to a hosted version of yet another tool. Each system had its own feel, its own quirks, and its own monthly bill. Mohan’s team had to be trained on every one of them, multiply licenses across users, and pay third-party hosting providers just to access desktop software remotely. The cost added up fast — and small business owners were the ones absorbing it.
The breaking point came when the team realized they were spending more time managing software than serving clients. The tools weren’t the problem — the fragmentation was. So Mohan made a decision that would take years to deliver:
Build one platform. Take the best of every desktop tool. Put it in the cloud. Sell it at a price small businesses can actually afford.
That mission became QuickQore. After several years of development — informed every step of the way by real client books, real franchise operations, and real bookkeeper feedback — QuickQore launched in 2023 as a cloud-native accounting platform that looks and feels like the desktop software bookkeepers know, but works from any browser, on any device.

Founder & CEO, QuickQore Inc.
Multi-unit Pizza restaurant franchise

Most small business owners run more than one business. The software should already know that.
Franchisees, multi-store retailers, and growing service businesses don’t want to upgrade tiers to see all their stores.
If the only reason you’re paying $80–$200 a month is to access desktop software remotely, your software is broken.
The price has to fit a real small business P&L — not an enterprise IT budget.
Every milestone was driven by the same question: how do we make running the books easier and cheaper for the small business owner?

Quick answers about the company, the founder, and the platform.
QuickQore was founded by Mohan Patel, a Pennsylvania-based bookkeeping practice owner and multi-unit Pizza restaurant franchise with 18+ years of accounting experience. He built QuickQore after years of working with expensive, fragmented desktop accounting tools across multiple client businesses.
QuickQore was built to solve a real, daily problem. Mohan’s bookkeeping firm worked across many clients — each on a different desktop accounting product. Every system needed its own training, its own license, and most had to be hosted on expensive cloud servers just to be used remotely.
QuickQore unifies the best features of those tools into one affordable cloud platform that looks and feels like desktop software — with multi-entity and multi-location support included by default.
QuickQore is a bridge between desktop and cloud. It keeps the speed, layout, and depth of traditional desktop accounting software, but runs entirely in the browser — accessible from anywhere, with multi-entity and multi-location support built in.
Pricing starts at $5/month, designed specifically so small and medium businesses don’t have to overpay for enterprise tools.
QuickQore Inc. is headquartered at 3070 Bristol Pike, Suite 2/231, Bensalem, PA 19020, USA. We support customers across the United States.
